Arguably the largest in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, Ahmadu Bello University is a highly placed degree-awarding institution renowned for its unequalled outputs in research, medicine and human resources. It has a large medical program with its own A.B.U. Teaching Hospital, one of the largest teaching hospitals in Nigeria and Africa. The university is located in Zaria, Kaduna State of Zaria with three main campuses, including one for pre-degree programmes. Since inception, the university has made productive use of its sufficient funding to create an environment and facilities that is both appealing to students and offering the best in knowledge.
