Course Overview

BSc Accounting is an undergraduate programme of Oduduwa Univetsity. The course provides students with the knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, financial management, and other skills needed to work in this financial sector. During the four-year period of the degree programme, the students will be able to acquire in-depth understanding of auditing techniques, financial analysis, and laws governing these within organizations. With complementary practical classes, undergraduates will also learn to use various accounting software.

Admission Criteria

Direct Entry
  • At least two A’ level passes (not less than grade ‘C’) including Accounting and at least one of Mathematics, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Geography and Government.
  • HND with a minimum of Lower Credit pass
  • ND in Accountancy with Upper Credit or ND with Lower Credit with ICAN (ATS) or ICAN (ACA)
  • Five O’Level Credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two from Accounting, Business Methods, Commerce, Government, Geography and Statistics obtained from  WAEC, NECO, GCE, IJMB and NABTEB.
  • UTME subjects must include Mathematics, Economics and any other Social Science subject
